ABOUT DORTONI

EST. 1976

Regarded as one of Long Island's most beloved bakeries for over 45 years, Dortoni prides itself on serving the finest in European tortes, Italian pastries, fresh breads, classic American desserts and specialty cakes. To Dortoni, our customers are an extension of our family, so we only use the highest quality of ingredients with all baking done on our premises. 

Dortoni opened its doors in 1976, in Levittown, NY, where the bakery still operates today. The bakery was fashioned after the traditional pastry shops of Naples, Italy with biscotti and simple cookies. Soon after opening, the bakery began to expand its repertoire to include European tortes, American layer cakes, specialty & custom cakes, cupcakes and cookies for every occasion.

 Today, Dortoni has built upon its foundation of tradition and excellence, growing into one of the tri-state area's most sought-after creators of custom wedding and specialty cakes. As our motto states, "If you can dream it, we can create it!" And there is nothing we love more than seeing your dream desserts come to life. Our master bakers and pastry artists are consistently learning new techniques to ensure that you, our valued customers, enjoy the best and highest quality product for all of life's most special occasions.
